Far better characters on Arrested Development, far better humor, far better guest stars, far better show. It's no contest.

How the hell is AD not winning? Come ON!

BTW, watch AD episodes here for free.

Watch the first episode and you'll be laughing all day.

humor, characters and show is personal opinion, but I'm wondering how you decided AD had better stars? I don't watch much AD (looks like I should) but scrubs has some big names on there too.

I've seen a few episodes of Scrubs and thought it was hilarious. I've heard Arrested Development was really good but haven't seen it besides the clip someone posted above. I tend to like the humor of Scrubs more so I'll go with that.

Ad by a mile. Scrubs is very nice and mainstream and it'll appeal to more people. Middle of the road crap always is more popular. AD is far smarter, edgier, more challenging. That will guarantee that it'll appeal to a smaller audience.

AD requires a brain to appreciate the humor. therefore, I fully expect scrubs to win this poll.

AD is the only show where I've had to watch two or three times because I was laughing so hard, and for so long, I missed the next joke.

Never seen AD, but Scrubs always makes me laugh (even the re-runs).

I voted Scrubs.

When I watch AD, the really funny jokes are really funny and I find my self laughing hard, however those moments are few and far between relative to Scrubs, of which the jokes might not be as funny so you're laughing more often but not necessarily as hard.

It's almost a toss up for me, but considering there are more episodes of Scrubs available and the series is not yet over (more laughs to be had, there are only so many times I can rewatch something, especially comedy), I voted Scrubs.

Scrubs is funny but JD is just annoying sometimes, and it's getting worse.

There are so many subtle jokes in AD that I can watch an episode at least a few times and find something new every time. What makes the show is funny is that there are so many jokes that call back to an earlier episode. However, that makes it very hard for someone new to get into the show.

I love both shows, but AD is just in a different league with the brilliant writing.

Wow...now that's a tough pohle. Had to go with AD, just watched the series. Scrubs is a close second, though it's not as absurd as AD.

Arrested Development is better. Zach Braff is beginning to get on my nerves.

Scrubs is great if you don't have the attention span to watch all the way through a season and don't like re-watching things to catch other jokes. You can watch 1 episode and be somewhat satisfied. But it's like stopping after the appetizer of a good meal, where as AD is like an all-you-can-eat buffet. You can watch 1 episode and find enough humor to enjoy it, but most people I know watch one episode and keep coming back for more. You take away as much or as little as you want to take away. Everyone that I've gotten to watch at least one episode of AD has ended up watching at least the first season, if not buying all 3.

I've heard the title Scrubs but otherwise don't know anything about it. Assuming 'tis a network sitcom and having seen and enjoyed AD, the latter is the only option.
