Most of the time they get it there in 2 or 3 days for me but they have borked stuff before. I would never ship a Laptop with them though.

A couple of months ago, I sent a regular sized letter using first class registered mail (cost me $12), which according to the post office is their most secure form of mailing and will get to the destination in 4 days. The letter wasn't delivered to the destination (~500 miles away) until exactly 14 business days later and the entire time the tracking number I got wasn't updated on their website. So much for their "most secure form of mailing". Never again!
