the format was a joke. It seemed to be a fair punishment for him screing with setting just to see what happens. Plus it would teach him a bunch of new things. Like don't format your fcking PC just beacause somebody told you to. 😉

Try booting into safe mode again. When the computer starts up press F8. Choose safe mode. Sometimes it takes a minute or two. Once in safe mode Go to Start> control panel> performance and maintenence> administrative tools > computer management. Device manager will be in the tree to your left. Select it. Scoll down the list on the right and select Display adapter. Double click it. Select use this device. Restart.

May I show a faster way? 🙂 right click my computer/properties/hardware/device manager there ya go. 🙂
