On one hand I agree with that, on the other the longer he lives the more taxpayers money is used to sustain his existence.

with all the screwups in the case they have a LOT to appeal on. it should be interesting in the next few months.
 
a california defense attorney on MSNBC is of the opinion that this verdict is set in stone and will survive all the way to the US supreme court on appeal.
 
So what evidence proved himg guilty other than going fishing on christmas? (we all go fishing during xmas don't we?😀)

to tell you the truth i do not know how to think on that.

yes it is alife. but this can lead to bans on abortion and such. not somehting i think can be nice in the future.

anyway. I think he did it but think how the court was the last 2 weeks it should have lead to a mis-trail.

I hope this bastard rots in hell. The dumb ass bit off more than he could chew, now his ass is going to get the pounding it deserves. I hope he avoids the death penalty and has to serve the rest of his life with the general population of drug addicts and ass pounders.

thats exactly what i thought. its alive yes. most likely full term too. however it doesnt exist in the human race yet. its not legal. how can the government regards it as 2nd degree on an unborn? you have to be born first to die, no?
