Why was the centrifuge being hidden under the rose bushes again. I forget.

Maybe they were anticipating a Bush BS initiative would come to fertilize them. Alas Bush spread his BS all over the world but skipped Iraq. As recompense for this oversight Bush has decided to sprinkle cash.

Bush had the CIA plant it there.

Ok let's assume Saddam ordered them hidden. Is that evidence that Iraq has "restarted it's nuclear weapon development" as Bush administration has claimed?

No it's an indication that it was never really ended, only delayed.

Of course, I remember when some other Iraqi scientists were saying stuff about Iraq having WMDs up until the war started...or some of the other claims that the pro-war folks enjoyed hearing...we were blessed with posts like "Well, well, well. What do all you liberals have to say now?" And "Step right up all you liberals, plenty of crow to go around."
