Ummm, its pretty unarguable. This law removes the ability for employers and employees to bargain about a certain aspect of their workplace. Period. The government is now restricting things it was not restricting before.

Its just hypocrites like you that flip out about government, unless you've found a way tobuse it to attack the other political sports team. This is not new information about you, you've always been like this.

It doesn't restrict anything except the power of the union/union members to force others into interaction with a 3rd party(the union).

Lol, nice try though, the gov't is what currently allows for the unions to restrict choice, this allows choice so again it's actually less restriction by the gov't. sheesh. go ahead and keep trying to think allowing individual choice is somehow more restrictive though. loliberals

I love that you are now advocating for the governmental restriction of someone's economic liberty (the union) in order to promote greater overall liberty.
