I hope gerrymandering will take care of itself now that the high court has temporary regained its sanity.
What pissed me off is with the religious right, those damn evangelical christians, wanting a justice and a court that will impose their twisted perverted religious beliefs into every aspect of our lives.
I hope with Scalia's death, that trend can be stopped once and for all.
They cry about their precious "religious freedoms" being under attack.
Much like the KKK cried when the law told them it was illegal to hang innocent black men.
Evangelical Christians cry about the lack of prayer in school, or placing the Ten Commandments in every federal court house, or flying the Confederate flag.
Evangelical Christians cry they can not stop same sex marriage, or reverse Roe vs Wade, or impost regions litheness test on all federal court appointee.
They cry their poor religious freedoms are so trampled on, and to hell with this idea of separation between church and state.
Hell...
You'd think Evangelical Christians never knew what a church was even for, or how to pray without the government being involved.
They sure hate the government, but apparently government is their invisible link between prayer and reaching God's ear.
I'm damn tired of Evangelical Christians trying to run the show.
Crying how harmed and threatened they think are.
Forgetting what a church is for and why it is there in the first place.
Oh no...
They want to impose their religious beliefs into everyones life, throughout all of our government, everywhere from within our schools to within our bedrooms.
And between every woman's legs.
This is my gripe.
That Evangelical Christians feel they are so picked on, so mistreated.
Boo Hoo Hoo.
And "I" am a Christian, but not "their" kind of Christian, thank God.....
Their form of religious is exactly like the ISIS form of religion.
You either obey, or snip.... off with your head.
