Hope I am posting in the right thread. Anyway, I am using XP SP3 on this PC and it has been running smoothly for a year and a half. I happened to check the event log a while ago and found these inside. Although I tend to get network problems, those in bold are new errors. I find it weird because my PC didn't hang/restart/go BSOD in any way. The programs have also been opening and running fine, so I find the logs a tad confounding.
The only things I did new for this month (this week, specifically) are:
- disabling system restore for my customary full virus scan (MBAM/Avira)
- going into safe mode for another complete system scan
Anyway, I've been restarting the PC a couple of times after that and those same errors haven't popped up again. Ideas?
