Based on Trek fight choreography, Klingons are slow, sloppy fighters compared to master samurai. Yojimbo or Zatoichi would slice through a horde of bat'leh masters just like Samurai Jack chops up the robots.
 
Dude the klingon would beat the **** out of the samarui. It's funny, half of you don't even know what a Samarui is. 😛
 
Now Jet Li vs. Kligon whatever-they-call-their-unarmed-martial-art masters would be more interesting, since then the Kligon strength might compensate for their slow speed and weak fight choreography. I'd still bet on Jet Li over Worf though.
 
batleths would seem like rather shoddy weaps in real life.

only one i've held is rubber though, didn't seem very good compared to a sword though.
