Damn, 13 years for spitting on the faces of deputies. That's some serious bullshit. People used to have thicker skin than this, I think. We have people going to jail (or getting probation) with far less time for actually beating the crap out of someone.
 
That's a lot of bleeps there, they finally took Jackson out of there after they heard enough.

Still, absolutely ridiculous. I bet if he was white, he'd be given a much lighter sentence, possibly without any jail time.

You know, sometimes I just keep going on and on and to what end; to what possible need must this expression continue well beyond its natural life when it is more than clear that its stated purpose is merely expository (and one irrelevant to any need or description, I might add) and in so continuing accomplishes nothing, simply prolonging one's delay while passing to the next post, on with their lives, and then, eventually, ultimately, senesce (as we all must do) and succumb to that mortal coil, die and fade, to what, and to who knows where?

If people want the history they can look it up by the related links and branch out to the prosecutor and the judge's blogs.

She was doing some other things back at this time to get moved up to a better Judge spot. It backfired though, her blog was overrun and the people spoke.

The man guilty spit due to being mishandled...prior to this they brutally attacked a handicapped prisoner and claimed 'he just fell down leaving his cell'.
