It's definitely just some latex/coverup on just her bewbies and not her whole body. Look at the circled area. Either that's latex or she has some effed up implants (tip: look at the bottom of the bewbie).

Man those are some shaky, out of focused images! The 'photographers' need to have a more steady hand and use the right dam settings! It doesn't matter on the specs if they take poor pictures like that...
