I'm goign to agree with full body suit for now. Some of the pictures show some nice glare/flash bounce that I don't think skin/makeup can but latex would.

On the other hand, having a coworker walk in on you while looking at those pictures and scratching your back with a ruler makes for hilarious conversation.
