Yeah, I went looking for this as well, lower court ruling only and I can't see how this will hold up on appeals.

it likely wouldn't, which is why I was clear to say current legal precedence goes in favor of forcing you to unlock the device. Not that there is any law that currently requires it. If it were to go to a higher court I personally feel it would never be upheld, however it hasn't reached a higher court yet, and do YOU want to be the person who has to lawyer up and become that higher case in a court of appeals?
