Everyone needs to chill with the BBB stuff... I called up Outpost and they e-mailed me a copy of the "bonus rebate" within 5 minutes... She was really nice and it definitely does exist! Be nice and make sure you explain that it is an additional rebate.

What do you mean "chill"? I call three times, only to be addressing incompetent CSRs who didn't know anything about a separate rebate, even though I specifically asked for it. The ass of a manager I talked to tried to play me as a dumb consumer, after which I sent him staggering into the ropes with a lecture on contract law and deceptive advertisinig...Look at the resellerratings to see what others have to say...PM me the rebate if you have it

I called again, and AGAIN I was told that the only rebate was $60 and $20 for the purchase of an additional cartridge. Finally, out of the blue, the CSR asked for my email address, and there it was. What a PITA.

BTW: Sam's has this for $89.99.

The toner can be refilled very easily. I just spent $17 on eBay and bought 3 refills worth and it works great.
