Wont be the same w/o him. I can't get used to Dennis Farina. I guess Trial by Jury is sunk. I really loved Briscoe. I must watch 10 hours of L&O a week and never get tired of it.

Yes, they were. But I always liked Sorvino. And Dzundza was the original, and therefore he always felt like the right guy for the part to me.

so thats why they have the new italian dude.

l&o changes cast pretty often anyways though.. rent some of the old dvds. it was this guy i never seen recently and the mr big dude from sex and the city.

Those shows are garbage compared to the original. TNT shows like 15 episodes a week, and I can never stop watching.
 
Thats sas news. I love watching Law and Order and he is by far my favorite character. I loved watching him when he would be a guest on conan, he really funny.
 
Aw crap. He was the best one too. It's a good thing they kept him around for as long as they did though.

I for one like the guy they replaced him with. He's no Briscoe (yet) but he's good so far.

And it was Moriarty, Noth, and Dzundza who made that show for me. They seemed to focus a lot more on Black/White and Italian mob back in those days.
 
Everytime my wife and I watch the old episodes we say how much we miss Lenny on the new ones. But we always comforted each other by saying he'll be back in another show. Now I guess he'll be gone forever. I wonder if they have the entire L&O series on DVD?
