Show's popularity/ratings def. gonna go down. Also check this quote from that page Brandon posted:

"Rey: So Lennie, what do you want to be buried in?
Lennie: My 25th century space suit--on one of the moons of Jupiter."

*X-files theme plays*

Obviously not true but just an odd quote I read upon gazing at that page.

My heart goes out to his family, only 69..too young

What many of his current fans don't realize is that he was the biggest actor on Broadway for 15 years, and THAT'S his true claim to fame and true passion, not L&O.

He was the original Julian Marsh in 42nd Street and the original Billy Flynn in Chicago. The lead male in two of the biggest shows of the 1960s and 1970s, which had successful second runs in the 90s and are still popular both on and off Broadway today. He also got a Tony for playing Sky Masterson in the Guys and Dolls revival and was in Carnival and Carousel to name a few.

Very sad day indeed. He was a great actor, and a strong foundation of the Law and Order series. Wow...this has been a rough week. My condolences to his family, friends, and fans.

I've been watching L&O just now on TNT 🙁
