It just seems disrespectful to me to highlight something disgusting that he did for the show. They could have just mentioned he was on the show, no need for specifics.

Over the guardrail, into a tree, at over 100, and that was that.

They couldn't really ID the bodies and there might have been a third person in the car...
 
Drunk driving and killing yourself, alright. But taking someone with you really pisses me off. Save me the "shouldn't have gotten in the car" rhetoric
 
Can you imagine what the 3rd guy must feel like atm if he didn't get in the car because there wasn't enough room? That's gonna be some mindfuck.
