Seems like it would be a common fear of many a successful person. Doesn't surprise me you wouldn't understand..

So many people wouldn't know what to think if he wasn't around to tell them.

Kinda like our president. Except when Rush fails, he just gets liberals on his nuts instead of running our country into the ghetto.

its not like those fears are unwarranted with globalization, shrinking middle class, concentration of wealth at the top all being real problems for the average american... its just that partisan hacks like rushbo have trivialized the issues away from honest debate to slogans.

couple of years ago a guy killed some people attending Sunday services at the Unitarian church in Knoxville.

Im a liberal, I think. I dont mind Rush, he's pretty entertaining. I like political discourse even if I dont agree with it.

Its certainly not his fault if some people like him and agree with him. It wasn't GW Bushs fault he got reelected.

Somehow, that Jesus Christ died to save us all from our sins, can't possibly extend to Rush Limbaugh. After all, Jesus pissed off the authorities by driving the money changers out of the temple and Rush Limbaugh is the very money changer rascal in the temple.

And while I do not advocate crucifying Rush, I simply point out to all, its our choice, when we visit the temple of our greatest hope of shared human logic, do not get shortchanged by Rush Limbaugh, a flim flam man by any definition.

It seems that in every thread, without fail, you seem to shit on Atlanta and/or Georgia. Seriously, why not pack your up and leave? You must obviously live in a really shitty part of Atlanta.

The real truth is that this is a cry for help from Limbaugh's ego, and over-inflated, but now fragile, sense of self-importance. Ten years ago, he was the big cheese of wingnut punditry, the one who pissed off the left the most. Now he shares the limelight with many others, and he's getting old. The notion that he's going to be killed or divested by an evil leftist conspiracy puts him front and center once again, at least in his own mind.

But but but Red Dawn, last I heard, the Libtards have burned down his New York plantation, and have exiled Rush back to Florida.

As Rush moans that his loss in a New York State loss, and New York says good riddance to bad rubbish.

Newbie and glad to be here... Hmmn. I'm not an regular listener of El Rushbo, though I do spend a bit of time most days listening to talk radio. It kinda developed after I began maturing by age 37.
I like the comments here and concur bigtime with nonliberal

Meh - Dude makes like 200 mil a year I;m sure he has nothing to worry about. Even 90% taxes leaves him 20 million.

If you realize that Limbaugh is always wrong and distorts the fact completely

<snip>

And if nothing else, I listen to his radio programs to sharpen my sense of his lack of logic, while making sure to boycott the products of every company who sponsor his radio program.

You listen to his show in order to take names of who to boycott? You really are pathetic! hahahahaha!!!!!

ahahahahahaha!!!!!

Limbaugh's contract puts him at what, $35 million per year? Now what's $35 million times 8.97% state income tax plus 3.65% city income tax?

Oh no, New York is glad to have exiled him to Florida!

Limbaugh has to suffer through warm year-round weather and an extra $4.4 million in his pockets, how will he ever survive?

As much as you'll never admit it, Rush does have a solid point that New York City is absolutely screwed if more wealthy individuals decide to move out of the city, their "progressive" tax system will collapse in on itself.

^^ The funniest thing is that when Rush left NYC Patterson said "Good". Now New York can't pay its bills. Sooner or later even liberals have to learn that taxing beyond a certain point is counterproductive. As to when that will happen, my guess is Greece - except even as we are going down the tubes, liberals will still be squealing "Bu-Bu-Bush!"

They say that when your only tool is a hammer, then every problem looks like a nail. But when the nails can move safely out of range, like as not that hammer comes down on your thumb.

Mr Limbaugh should get help for his paranora. No one should had to live in baseless fear.

I doubt there are anti-Limbaugh deathsquads plotting to take him out or that he is at any higher risk of loosing his money than anyone else.
