That way if Rush's money ever does run out, he can pick and choose which State offers him the most benefits, and Rush can end his worries about starving to death. Honestly though, the people that care enough to hate him and want to see harm come to ANY person because of what they believe in are quite sad. I assume it is because they have this unrealized elitist potential. Can't say for sure, I don't really talk to much to the people fetching my food or coffee.
