Yes, and to give you an example of the type of people that play:
My 14 year old son plays
My 11 year old son plays
My 9 year old daughter has played
My 7 year old son plays
Have fun playin with the kiddies OP.
BTW, before anyone goes a bitchin, all of my kids know that it is strictly verboten that they provide any information about themselves to other Runescape members. And to make sure that they stay on track with that rule, I have a keylogger installed on their computer that emails me their keystrokes every hour.

Paranoid much? When I first got on the internet (age 7) my parents basically said "no chat rooms, no personal info of any kind" and explained why in a detailed way that I could understand. I agreed and obeyed because a: they were my parents and b: their argument made sense. No parental software required.
For the record: How did I know there wasn't any? Around 6th grade I started exploring the pornographic arena. My dad caught me via Internet Explorer history. I learned how to delete history and temporary files (in many programs). Next time I got caught was 9th grade, and that was because I didn't Alt-Tab quickly enough.
Ironically, porn was responsibly for my learning the basics of internet security and encryption.![]()
