Rosie lives by a double standard. She felt like she had the right to take Kelly Ripa to task over a completely innocent comment, and at the same time says things like this that might offend her viewers just as equally.

Maybe if she made fun of "ebonics."

"Yo G, whattup which ya? Main, I be habbin problems wit my puter, it be rebootin an shlt. I'z online the otha day, lookin at pics of my homey's new ho-hauler, and boom, damn tang jus shut down lika Eye-raqi gubnent."

She was talking about an interview on the View with Danny DeVito, where he was drunk. She said that it was big news everywhere. Even in China on the news they were saying (and here she fake talks Chinese inserting the English words bolded) "Chou bing hong Danny Devito ho wong fung drunk the View ching chong ...'

If she had said "even in France on the news they are saying la mond touche fois gras Danny DeVito ooh la croix mer drunk the View say pouce..." would anyone say that she was making anti-French remarks? Would anyone care?

its not like shes using real chinese words, shes making fun of the language....

Well, I'm Chinese and I usually cringe a little when I hear people using "fake" Chinese because it reminds me of all the times I was just minding my own business when some non-asian guy would yell something like that as he was passing by.

But I hold no resentment towards comedians who do this because I know it was not done with any malicious intent.
