I'd be more worried about the family trying to kill him.

Set up a webcam or camcorder in your room somewhere, and have it recording 24/7. File a restraining order against the lot of them, and don't forget to mention that the father threatened you.

You can get a cheapo video surveilance system from circuit city, etc, for like $50. Might want to look into that.

I can't believe how petty people are. What could have been her moving out and her mom compensating you for the loss in rent has turned into a legal mess. People are so immature it's sad.

Have you never gotten a person mad at you? I've had a bunch of people threaten to sue both my dad and I cause they got pissed off.

At any rate you should have had that b!tch arrested and you should get a police report on the dad threatening you. It'll make it a lot easier when you go to get the restraining order.
