The resident ATP&N racist himself has come into tell us how it's disgusting that Paul has personally hand delivered five crisp $100s to one of his fellow racists.

What's the matter, run out of Muslims to torture?

lol, what a ridiculous attack on Paul.

Why should he check the backgrounds of all of his donors? Why should he give money back to him?

We don't need to legislate morality. Paul has no interest in doing this, and he doesn't pander on pointless topics.

I read somewhere that Ron Paul eats babies - it's true!

This "story" is so thin, it's anorexic... and to moronic, to boot.....

One, the fact that people are trying to dig up dirt on Ron Paul proves he's moving up a bit. And two, the dirt you see is going to be pretty damn petty. What's next, "Ron Paul admits to putting bananas on his PBJ sandwiches!"

LOL, my thoughts exactly.

This is a lame attempt to sling mud at him. Anyone who is a US Citizen complying with laws CAN and SHOULD be able to give money to political candidates. As much as I hate this white supremacist's message, I respect his RIGHT to give money to whoever the hell he chooses to.

That is FREEDOM.

I'm racist because I see a problem with Mr. Paul taking money from a white supremacist? Pardon me if I find your logic a bit hard to follow...

What's the matter, run out of Muslims to torture?

Yep, guess I shouldn't worry though. Plenty of RP spammers and nutjobs around here to keep me busy

What makes this thread even more laughable is the fact that Ron Paul wants to immediately end a war in Iraq which has caused the deaths of hundreds of thousands of brown people.

Stop bringing up the small stuff. We should be focusing on the big issues like a white supremacist donating a whole $500 to Ron Pauls campaign.

Sounds like they are a good match. Why would Ron Paul give back money? Who cares? Did you know that most people who visit Stormfront have donated to Ron Paul? Should he ask Mr. Bush and his fellow Patriot Act buddies for information on everybody who logs into Stromfront (since he can't obtain that legally) so he can return a big portion of his donations?

Who cares. Ron Paul is closer to nationalism than we have in any other candidate and Stromfront is mostly "White Nationalists" according to their own website, acronym "WN" as you see in their forum. Ron Paul isn't pro "white" as they are but they are nationalist. And I'm sorry to say but I believe the USA needs a bit of nationalism.

I'm sure worse people have donated more money to Ron Paul, same for all the other candidates.

'Tis politics!

Exactly, and Hiltler was ok cuz the US and the UK along with most of the rest of the world didn't like Jews much either.

What is wrong is wrong no matter who else does it.

This is the best you people have? And I thought the pro-Ron Paul guys were weak-sauce.

Ron said 'I don't support his ideas, why would I give him 500 dollars back to support his?'

'I've already spent the money.'

Gotta love how Ron Paul is striking the cord of the establishment.

Yesterday it was : Ron Paul dismisses evolution

Today its: Ron Paul supports racism

Tomorrow is anyones guess on what they will try to smear him with next. Good luck reading 20+yrs of voting records

You guys are sad, really sad. Pulling up non issues in order to discredit. It hasn't worked and it won't work. The Ron Paul supporters have more than a cow mentality, we think for ourselves and are not led by your fear mongering psychobabble like your party lovers are. One thing you guys will be good for? Entertainment.

Haha. I have to agree. I'd be like, "You suck, white supremacist dude! Thanks for the cash!"
Indeed. It's $500 that the supremacist doesn't have, and $500 more that someone rational could use for other causes.
Maybe he should take the $500 and donate it to some African charity, or something in Martin Luther King Jr's honor, and then send a thank-you note to the supremacist.

Good god, were those real political ads? Those things seem like parodies done by The Daily Show.
Gotta love how they keep on playing the ads beside or in place of Ron Paul.

It's all the same voting techniques that worked in high school popularity contests....I'm sorry, I mean "student council" and "prom king/queen" elections. It's all image. Substance is irrelevant. I always had these hopes during my school years that all the immaturity I saw was just a result of being surrounded by children, and that it would fade away in the adult world. It's kind of sad that it just gets more and more pervasive, and even more manipulative. Sadder still is that the people don't seem to know (or care) that it's taking place.

Dammit, forgot again that I'd posted already in this thread.

If anything, I think Cheney + Bush would make a better Burns + Smithers analog.:)

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Republican presidential hopeful Ron Paul has received a $500 campaign donation from a white supremacist, and the Texas congressman doesn't plan to return it, an aide said Wednesday.

Don Black, of West Palm Beach, recently made the donation, according to campaign filings. He runs a Web site called Stormfront with the motto, "White Pride World Wide." The site welcomes postings to the "Stormfront White Nationalist Community."

"Dr. Paul stands for freedom, peace, prosperity and inalienable rights. If someone with small ideologies happens to contribute money to Ron, thinking he can influence Ron in any way, he's wasted his money," Paul spokesman Jesse Benton said. "Ron is going to take the money and try to spread the message of freedom."

"And that's $500 less that this guy has to do whatever it is that he does," Benton added.

Black said he supports Paul's stance on ending the war in Iraq, securing U.S. borders and his opposition to amnesty for illegal immigrants.

"We know that he's not a white nationalist. He says he isn't and we believe him, but on the issues, there's only one choice," Black said Wednesday.

"We like his stand on tight borders and opposition to a police state," Black told The Palm Beach Post earlier.

On his Web site, Black says he has been involved in "the White patriot movement for 30 years."

Two things:

1. If it came out that Ms Clinton received a donation from a white supremacist, the Republicans and their boosters would be roasting her ovaries on an open fire even if she returned the money. Picture the Pabster or Profjohn thread....

2. If Paul takes money doesn't that mean he owes something to the giver?

1. You're right, but whats your point?

2. No. Keep in mind that we are talking about 1 $500 donation amongst thousands of donations worth millions of dollars. Or do you really think that if you donate money to a politician that you can just call him up one day and ask him to return the favor.....
