The two parties are the same on all but the most superfluous of issues. Neither side wants to end the unnecessary imperialism we are engaging in overseas, or fix our monetary system, because both sides are working for the same super rich wealthy class of banks and military industrial complex heads.
The only real alternative that offers real, actual, policy changes is the libertarian party, but with massive help of the media, they will never garner more than a handful of votes. People get riled up over nonsensical issues while ignoring the issues that are actually detrimental to their lives.
Once again, I foresee my vote will be with the libertarian party. On the important issues, Bush/Romney/Clinton are identical. All three want to continue our foreign policy of intervention, and imperialism, all three will allow financial institutions to continue robbing the American people, and none of the three have even a smidgeon of concern for the country's future.
Unfortunately, as usual, we'll be subject to some charade around a frivolous issue like "gay rights", "abortion" or which social program to cut and which to expand in a futile effort to "balance the budget" while ignoring the proverbial elephant in the room ( military spending that accounts for the majority of the budget).
We don't need anymore democans or republicrats. We need someone who would work on fixing the true issues that destroy our country. Fixing our monetary system by abolishing the federal reserve. Changing the lobbying system of government to reduce the influence of banks and the super wealthy. Bringing our military back home, and focusing on building our own infrastructure and nation. Neither of the two parties are interested in any of this, they only want power so they can stuff their bank accounts.
