Hah, funny you say that. While watching the trailer, I rolled my eyes and said out loud..."not another deathstar". Of course at the time, I thought this was in line with EP7, not another prequel.

Also, that trailer music was horrid.

Okay, we’ll admit that this image of Ben Mendelsohn caused a bit of a stir. Thanks to Kallus in Rebels, the ISB (Imperial Security Bureau) is still canon. But he never wears the white uniform the old EU gave the ISB—and which was based on some white uniforms seen on the first Death Star. The old EU also gave the all-white uniform to Imperial Grand Admirals (like fan favorite, Thrawn). On the whole, if one of these things is correct, I’d put my money on him being a member of the ISB. The fact he appears to be on the Death Star really tips the balance, as much as I’d love to see a Grand Admiral.

Still wish it was Tarkin. But I guess you can't make him much younger than in EP4 as there can't be much time between the end of Rogue One and Ep4.

I wouldn't say horrid, but it didn't have me touching myself like the Force Awakens trailer music did.
 
This supposed to be how the Rebels stole the Death Star plans? This Disney-verse can go suck it because as far as I'm concerned Kyle Katarn did it in Dark Forces.

This is the Star Wars movie I have been most excited about seeing. Supposed to be much more "gritty" and "dirty" than previous SW films and the trailer looks to back that up.

and meh for no General wedge Antilles, which Rogue One was his call sign as Rogue squadron leader.
yeah, I know.. this was between ep3 +4 where wedge was just a peon.

but had suuuuuuuuch high hopes this movie was about wedge when they first announced it years ago only to be let down last year when it was about stealing death star plans.

She just said many, not billions. That was in reference to the second Death Star in Return of the Jedi. This movie is about the first one. Are you thinking of Alderaan blowing up in A New Hope?
 
The odds of this movie not being around The Force Awakens in quality level, slightly above or below, give or take, is approximately 3720 to 1.
 
Looks really good; side story sort of like a BSG: Razor kind of prequel thing. Unlike Razor, it'll sell and it looks really good visually.
