If the state is going to force them to carry the babies, they should be paid a surrogacy fee, all pregnancy-related medical expenses should be covered by the government, and the government should then be 100% responsible for the child after birth. If the government wants the child so fucking badly, it should be on them to take care of it.

may I add, for women who die due to problems with the pregnancy, the government is responsible for all end of life costs for both mother and fetus, and also required to give money to all immediate famity, with children under 21 receiving a monthly payout that covers all expenses, which cannot be taken by a foster parent in any way

The country is totally unprepared for how absolutely crazy things are going to get on this front.

Hopefully Dems are smart enough to start hammering that message. 100% guaranteed they are coming for Birth Control. Oklahoma just pass a fertilization law so technically a ton of BC will become illegal right there.

Needing an abortion is an abstract think that happens to someone else once. Birth Control affects nearly all of the adult population.

Normies are mostly asleep on this so far because of inertia and that it seems almost too absurd to be believed. Once people start getting sued or put on trial for like having an IUD it will way less theoretical.

Even IVF would be criminal, in theory.

They can take 10 polls a day. The fact remains this is very unpopular with republicans, too. Around 40%. The fringe has not only hijacked the GOP this extreme minority cult have hijacked and kidnapped democracy.

Sadly I know people who are almost as extreme as she is. And it's still shocking every time I hear opinions like that. It honestly seems like half the country explicitly or implicitly agrees with such extreme viewpoints and the other half is blissfully unaware their rights are about to be steamrolled by christian nationalism.

Science says that life begins at conception.
Science says life started a couple of billion years ago.
Science says the sperm and egg were alive before joining
Science says the fertilized egg is also alive
Science doesn't say life started at conception
Science says a fertilized egg can become 0-6 lives.

Just like climate change you never fail to live down to my estimation of your knowledge (or lack thereof.)

Fetuses are now “burned to power the light’s of the city’s homes and streets,”

“In places like Washington D.C.,” fetuses are “burned to power the light’s of the city’s homes and streets,” claimed [Americans United for Life President] Catherine Glenn Foster, who had, just minutes before, sworn not to lie under oath. The GOP-summoned witness let loose the wild and utterly false accusation that municipal electrical companies are powered by incinerated fetuses…

WTF?

First they complain about high energy prices, then they complain about solutions to high energy prices. Make up your mind, Republicans!

Didn't realize flesh was a fuel source. Imagine the volume of fetuses required to fuel such a powerplant. Every woman would need to have an Abortion as often as possible or carrying the fetus long enough for sufficient mass.

Some people.

That's why Bart Kavanaugh, PJ and Squee was trying to rape all them girls back in the 80s ... just early environmental activists. At least that's what their calendar entry said.
