He did not get what he deserved. He stole a pack of cigs...he didn't rape little children. I remember the large number of you who admitted to having driven drunk before in the thread from a while back, much worse than petty shoplifting IMO. I don't think you would believe similiar punishment afflicted on you to be justice. Of course, running from police dogs is not a bright thing to do.
 
Yea, for he didn't deserve what he got for what he did. I'd say the drunk drivers and people who shoot paintballs at other people deserve this.
 
Maybe he didn't deserve it, but did the shop keeper deserve to have his cigs stolen? The dumbfvck put himself in the situation, no one did it to him. He did it himself and the world acted. Its tough dumb luck.

I agree. Look at it this way: if you were a pro-Nazi shirt in the ghetto expect to get your @$$ beat if not killed. If you steal stuff don't expect to get away with it scotch free. The bastard obviously had to have run too for the dog to have given chase - not the cop's or the dog's fault the guy wanted a free pack of cigs.

Moral of this story: Never steal ONE pack of cigarettes, LOL.
