For all you chronically dense people who continually miss the justice in events like this:

His penis was NOT bitten off because he stole a pack of cigarettes. His penis was bitten off because he FLED FROM POLICE, crashing his vehicle and then FLEEING ON FOOT. He wasn't out for an innocent jog, he was dangerously fleeing through city streets evading capture for commiting a crime. He could have killed someone in that wreck, he cost the taxpayers huge amounts of money in manpower and personel. He got bit BECAUSE HE WAS A STUPID WORTHLESS NO GOOD CRIMINAL, more concerned about his self-centered arrogant need for a nicotine fix than about the lives he endangered! Break the law, pay the price. I love it.
