justify it? are you insane?

NOTHING justifies what he did. if there was a accident you exchange info. you don't go ape shit and threaten to kill them and kick/hit the car.

Replace "justify" with "explain" and I would agree w/ your post.
 
Well the "roid guy" may have PTSD but yea he kinda needs help. He should not be anywhere close to a gun or a vertical recording device.
 
He must really have issues since I couldn't imagine keeping up that level of anger for so long without any further prompting from the victims.

Ah. I've been to a couple of Air Force bases and they looked nothing like that.
