Now wait a second.... the mom and her son went after this guy with a gun. Nevada has a stand your ground law. The kid had a legal reason to fear for his life, he had no obligation to flee. It is looking like a legit shoot.

Police say Nowsch's friends also said Nowsch told them that a while later the green car began following them and he thought he saw someone point a gun out the window so he loaded his gun and began shooting at the car, the report said. Nowsch said they followed the car to the house where he fired more shots.

someone driving up to a house to unload, regardless of the circumstances that led to that event, is intent to kill and murder. Even if the mother and family threatened the other people with their gun first and then went on their own way. From what I can see of various stories, which are suspect, everyone in question seems to be a scumbag.
 
Something yesterday indicated maybe she was buying drugs. The entire thing is a fucking joke full of deceit and the family are obviously lying.

I haven't commented much on this just because nothing made sense at all. I watched the clip of the shooter's lawyer all but saying the woman was buying drugs and that made a lot of sense.

This went from the shooter was a mystery to the shooter was someone the good woman counselled and gave money to. The counselling was to pull up his pants? Really? And the woman just gave him money? And the woman decided to give her daughter driving lessons in a parking lot, at night? Really?

Sounds like the woman's family is a bunch of liars. Sounds like a whole crew of idiots got involved in a case of drug related idiocy and one of them died.
 
Beginning to sound like a drug deal that went bad. If the mother took her daughter with her to buy drugs, she had no business being a parent .

At the very least, I believe that the Meyers need to be charged with obstruction. It's pretty obvious that they've been lying the whole time.
 
If this poor kid does go to prison, he is going to get eaten alive. He had the size and build of a woman. Put a wig on him and he would be downright purdy....
