well, this did get posted in Forum Issues, so the mods are "aware".

an apology is a start . . . . however, "trust" is not automatic and when there is MIStrust - as now - it must be earned (back).

Learn from your error, accept the consequences, and stop doing what you know is wrong . . .. that's about all you can do at this point . . . . 😉
