Your reading comprehension sucks. I never commented about the actual event. Walking into a hostile event armed is signaling you are looking for conflict. I didn't comment on the actual event because it is frankly irrelevant. His behaviors demonstrated premeditation. He had no reason to be there other than to shoot or scare someone. He didn't live there. He didn't work there.
Did he have a right to be there ? Yes, yes he did. Case closed.
