I am satisfied with RH; generally they are reliable (so far).
 
I've been with ripplehost for an year now and my site was never down. I paid $5 for one year of hosting and it surely is worth a lot more than that.

I believe RippleHost is generally good for everything EXCEPT e-mail (anyway).

my email has been down for a week. i have to keep switching outgoing servers... incoming is fine... outgoing has been dead this week.

I do email hosting for free, so if you need it just let me know.
 
I'm on server2 and everything with my domain/site is working: cpanel, email, smtp. I haven't noticed anything down within the past week, too.

The ripplehost forums is another story (no DNS resolution).
