Ohh bullshit, I see the people with problems as problems.
I look at the statistics and determine performance. It's the law of large numbers.
This is why people refuse to acknowledge that there is a problem, because they never want to look at the statistics and say "Well, you know what, as a group we're fucked up". Nope, they just want to go on their merry way and say "but...but...but...you can't group us!"
Do I think every black person is a problem, fuck no. I know a lot who aren't.
What you do is akin to saying that because subprime auto borrowers, according to most measurements, perform worse, you CANNOT label them as subprime because there are some exceptions. It doesn't matter if the statistics show that a subprime borrower defaults at a 60% propensity and a prime borrower defaults at a 2% propensity. Because 40% don't default we cannot possibly label the whole group as subprime. We can only label the 60% and even then we have to make excuses for them because you just never know, they are all special.
You can't have an honest discussion with a person like you because the first thing you do is throw out racism.
I'm a realist. And, like I said before, the black community has a serious problem. But worshipping at the altar of Victimhood has not done them any favors. Put down education as uncool has not done them any favors. Neither has the ingrained racism of the past 300 years. Contrary to what you think, the majority of black people are NOT thuggish. If you prefer to see the majority as what you see and hear in rap music (which is listened to more by whites than blacks, btw) then it says more about you than the blacks you love to chastise. IMHO, it's best to accept everyone as they are rather than stereotyping them.
If you've ever visited the campus of Yale or Harvard and saw all the young white and Asian males walking around in baggy pants, would you have similar stereotypes? Of course not
