On my riding mower, grass is shot out of the side of where it's cut. The issue is that when it's shot out, it goes out a little bit, and will end up on sidewalks, the driveway, the road, etc. I can use a blower to move it around, but when it gets all over the road, that's an issue because it looks bad and the neighbors probably wouldn't like it.
Question: Is there any way to stop the grass from shooting out the side? If I block off where it's shot from, will there be any issue?
The easy solution is to just use the blower for ages and make sure I get all the grass cutting back onto my own lawn, but that can take a while. When people use their push powers, it doesn't have this issue because grass is left where it was cut.
Any thoughts on this stupid issue?
