Good grammar does no exist. :(

Straying off topic apparently does exist.

That was the worst drift I have ever seen.

There is such a thing as "good rice". Example
Pushes 500+hp.

OMG WTF did they do to that poor car :(

Sure...give it more HP, but why make it look so stupid?

It's obviously a sponsored show car.

fart can, wing, lots of decals not ghetto rice?

You can tell all that from that clip?

No seriously, thats the extent of internal engine mods?

I don't give a fvck one way or the other, I just find your ability to do this extraordinary.

Heh. I think he was trying to drift. Note the last extra burst of throttle. Probably was trying to induce oversteer. Sadly, he was already off-line and understeering, that last blip on the throttle just sealed the car's fate. Accidents at timed events (like autocross) are generally not covered by insurance. Sucks to be him. Maybe he'll learn how to drive.

First of all to me it isn't ghetto riced. Good rice does exist. You can put a fart can and a huge wing, but atleast those do something much better than stock. For that race the wing will help somewhat, but since it looks like a small course it won't do too much.
On a longer track it will. (Why do I need to mention this? You probably know more about cars than I do! ;) )
Hmmm as for the paint job/decals, it ok as long as it is done correctly.
Just, because it has decals on it doesn't mean it is 100% ghetto riced.
Haven't you guys seen racing cars? They have plenty of decals/unique paint jobs, but it's to get out the company names.
There are plenty of tuner shops that make great cars, but are good riced out cars.

Could it be there is something else I am missing here? Like a difference between racing cars and riced cars?

Sounds like someone owns a riced out civic with 20 VTEC stickers on it, because other than you owning or liking riced out cars, there is no other excuse for such a BS opinion. Just my .02 ;)

My friend is about to put decals on his 350z turbo..

What is wrong with that?

In fact he is getting paid to do it.

"Much better"? LOL!! The fart can does NOTHING but sound annoying. Now, if you actually put on a high-flow cat and muffler, that's different. But most people don't. As for the wing, some cars need a bit of rear-end stability. Which is why they come with wings, stock. On the 350z it makes a bit more sense since it's fairly high power and RWD, but people with Honda Civics (a FWD car) who put wing on, are just dumb.

The paint/decals are personal taste. I don't like the look, some people do. I prefer a clean look...decals just are too noisy and tacky and brand-whoring, even if you're being paid to put them on.

Apparently this was a drift event at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego. There was a separate SCCA AutoX event at the same time in a different area of the lot, but they had nothing to do with this.

Bad place to try and drift as he found out but that's also just poor course layout. Great idea for the first turn out of your starting straight to be right in front of an island with a tree.
