Reply to the "ghetto rice" and the not real track:

First of all to me it isn't ghetto riced. Good rice does exist. You can put a fart can and a huge wing, but atleast those do something much better than stock. For that race the wing will help somewhat, but since it looks like a small course it won't do too much.
On a longer track it will. (Why do I need to mention this? You probably know more about cars than I do! )
Hmmm as for the paint job/decals, it ok as long as it is done correctly.
Just, because it has decals on it doesn't mean it is 100% ghetto riced.
Haven't you guys seen racing cars? They have plenty of decals/unique paint jobs, but it's to get out the company names.
There are plenty of tuner shops that make great cars, but are good riced out cars.

Could it be there is something else I am missing here? Like a difference between racing cars and riced cars?

As someone mentioned above it is probably autocross, some drift event, etc. Do all races need to be in a track? Nope.

pretty sure that the VAST majority of ricers on the streets are not getting paid to put the decals on. Decals = rice = SUPER GAY!

Sounds like someone owns a riced out civic with 20 VTEC stickers on it, because other than you owning or liking riced out cars, there is no other excuse for such a BS opinion. Just my .02

It was an autocross, you fool. Legal organized amateur racing often done in parking lots.

The owner of the car clearly forgot to mod his car in the proper order, which is:
1. Driver
2. Tires
3. Brakes
4. Suspension
5. Engine

He clearly skipped step 1.
