Bought a compound microscope and some slides, but it's a real piece of shit. So I finally get an RMA code and this is in the email:
Full insurance? It wasn't insured when it was shipped to me.
Copy of the email, print it yourself.
Ebay item number? If I had a CLUE this was an Ebay store I wouldn't have purchased from them.
I really think they are going to try and hit me up for extra charges when they get this thing back. See you on Judge Judy fookers!
Total BS. (Had the microscope for a day before I started asking for an RMA, objective lenses above 10x would hit the slides when rotated...nice.) Off to UPS...

Please follow the steps below for return:
1) pack the product back as EXACTLY AS IT WAS RECEIVED;
2) include your Inv# in the package;
3) include a note to describe the problems with the product;
4) include the reasons for the return;
5) include a copy of the email;
6) ship the package with full insurance to
RMA will be invalid if you didn?t ship the item within 3 days of receiving the RMA no. Please do not write anything in the packaging material. Please pack very well and make sure to screw the objectives to the cover to avoid shipping damage.
Return Policy:
Amscope has a 7-Day Return Policy. You have seven days from receipt of your purchase to test the item. If you are not satisfied with the product, please return it within the seven days in its original box and packing. We will refund your entire purchase price, less our actual original shipping costs. You must email us with a written request for a return material authorization number (RMA#). You need to include in this email your eBay item number, a detailed note on the reason(s) for the return, and the date of purchase. Once you receive an RMA# from our offices, you may return the item. Without an RMA# your item will be returned to sender COD. Once the product is received at our facilities, it will be processed by our Returns & Exchanges department. It must be received back in the same, NEW condition with all original packing material and accessories that it was originally shipped in order to receive a full refund less shipping and handling cost. If this is not the case, a re-stocking fee will be assessed. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
