That is his nickname, Junior. That is even who the managered named as the salesman.
Your TV was missing pieces. What do you expect the delivery guys to do? They could either just take the whole thing back, in which case you'd be missing the TV for another day, and your wife would have to leave work early again, or they could leave it. They should have offered to drop off the missing pieces though, AND install the missing caster. Are you sure they did not suggest this option?

For all management knows, your wife starts crying if she can't figure out which dress to wear. You have provided no evidence of wrongdoing by a specific person.
