She wasnt going anywhere. She agreed to get out of the car. She opened the door and was on her way to getting out when the cop grabbed her. She was no threat at the time and I dont see why he felt the need to grab her and not let go when she asked him to. He did not tell her that she was under arrest at that point.

And, I am not a cop, but I think they did have a choice. They could have let her get out of the vehicle of her own volition, told her she was under arrest and why and then touched her to cuff her.

There is a similar incident like that, but this woman got tazed twice.

I did not see what happened before the cops told her to get out of the car. But she tried to get out on her own, and asked the cop repeatedly NOT to touch her. As you state above you do not know what led up to this but from what the video showed the police definitely intended to restrain or arrest her. In order to do that they must cuff her and she clearly refused to cooperate with that. Are the police supposed to continue to negotiate with her endlessly until she decides to cooperate with them?

I got a feeling if they didn't hold her as she was getting out of the car, she would have either thrown a few punches or would have started to run (not so far of course in her condition.) I don't see anything wrong.

And yes that thong is quite the ugly sight.
