in my opinion we have a stupid black woman, a dumb black cop and a stupid white cop. they're all stupid fscks if you ask me, and i hate cops who have fscking ego trips like these two morons.
Normally, I would support the police using tazers, but I don't see what she did that deserves it. She didn't act violently, just disobediently. All she wanted was for the cop to take his hands off of her and she was slow in getting out of her car. Doesn't seem like justification to use a tazer.
Of course, if she had just listened to the cops, the incident would have been over in 5 secs and no one would have gotten tazered.

I did not see what happened before the cops told her to get out of the car. But she tried to get out on her own, and asked the cop repeatedly NOT to touch her. So, unless she did something before the tape started rolling... I cannot see a cop tazing someone cause they wanted to get out of the car by themselves without being touched.

She didn't listen/obey.
Once you do that, you have now opened the door to whatever happens to you.
Don't obey = get punished. The taser was simply a motivational tool - I motivate you to listen. What do you do to a dog that repeatedly doesn't listen? You yank on the choke chain. Put it this way, that lady won't disrespect the police ever again and hopefully will make better choices in the future.
She made her choice and got what she deserved.
i agree. that happened so fast i was like wtf. no warning whatsoever, then zap, she just fell forward. these cops are weak. it was unnecessary force imo.

As with the others posted here lately, this was uncalled for. She was passive, posing no threat. The one that tazed her couldn't wait to pull the trigger, bet he got a woody off of that!
I am not a lawyer, so I dont know the legalities of all of this. But I would like to think that a cop does not have the right to just put his hands on ppl who are not an immediate threat. they told her to get out of the car, she tried to talk to them and they yelled at her, and she tried to comply. I dont know if the cops have a legal right to touch her without FIRST telling her that she is under arrest.
In any case... i do not think it is a good thing that we are all just supposed to obey the cops no matter what.

It is better than getting forced out from the vehicle (she might drove off and injure anybody in her way), or gettingh herself hurt or the police officer. They had no choice, just following procedures to get the job done.

1-Guy gets tazered, leaves this huge gap in the back of his neck
2-Another guy gets the crap beaten out of him at the a gas station.
Course it wasn't as bad as WTO.
She wasnt going anywhere. She agreed to get out of the car. She opened the door and was on her way to getting out when the cop grabbed her. She was no threat at the time and I dont see why he felt the need to grab her and not let go when she asked him to. He did not tell her that she was under arrest at that point.
And, I am not a cop, but I think they did have a choice. They could have let her get out of the vehicle of her own volition, told her she was under arrest and why and then touched her to cuff her.

Woman = acting like a moron, argueing and giving the cops attitude. Not a good idea.
Cops = too harsh, the woman is getting out of the car, even though she is slow, no need to use tazzer.
If I have to pick one, I will have to say the woman's fault. I am sure she will hire a lawyer and sue the cops/city.
