I find it funny that Dems are hitching their wagon to Dean and his pointless race/class rhetoric. People are just sick and tired of hearing you guys beating the same old drum.

By the way. Clinton did have one black cabinet member. Ron Brown - and boy did the media make a big deal about it. Then for some reason he sent him (him Sec. of Transportation) to Serbia??? - and his plane 'crashed'.

I suspect that Ron Brown may have been a witness to one of Clinton's many rapes. Why else would you send the Sec. of Transportation to a war zone.

As a minority, I find this very insulting. Are you trying to say that we're all slaves to the white man? You talk as if we have no accomplishments, or we were only allowed to have them because of the white elite.
 
Although I know what Dean is saying I believe he has the cart before the horse.

Political parties have their philosophies, and it would be unreasonable to expect that everyone will sign up with them equally if the majority of whatever group in question does not agree with the party line.

Blacks as a whole don't see Reps as standing for them, so they don't register Republican.

For many blacks, the Republican party would have to change a great deal, and the Reps aren't going to do that.

Likewise, the Dems aren't going to roll over to get people who are in favor of Bush's policies.

It would make no sense.
