Well, I might start up a monthly. Starting to see signs of a spine.Get begging emails and text messages everyday from the Dems (happens if you ever dare to contribute). They ain't getting anymore from me if they don't shut this farce of a government down.
To me that sounds just like what rural voters did, vote out of spite to fuck themselves.Honestly I think Democrats should do our level best to help Republicans destroy what's left of rural America, as those very voters have demanded.

"The projects are in the following states: CA, CO, CT, DE, HI, IL, MD, MA, MN, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OR, VT, WA," will be the ones that are canceled
Such feelings are understandable given that's what Republican farmers are in the most part, I suspect, willing to go along with. But they are told they are being robbed to support worthless urban welfare queens, etc. And owing to elect-ability issues, like a need for corporate money to be elected Democrats can't fully fund all political issues and have to try for rational compromises which by the way make few people happy.Syphoning money away from blue urban areas to pay red area farmers to grow products nobody wants to buy is not justifiable. They decided to twice (at least) elect a man who has destroyed their export market. This is not my problem.
GA isn't on that list and we have 2 Dem senators. Guess all that ready matters is the vote for trump![]()
Trump Cuts Funding to 16 Blue States That Didn’t Vote for Him
Amid the shutdown fight, Donald Trump is increasing pressure on states with two Democratic senators.newrepublic.com
In order to end such insanity at the top will require some of the farm vote. Hate makes people deaf. So you are shooting yourself in the foot, in my opinion.
What's next?? cut social security payments to blue states!!!
C'mon Trump.. you can dooooo itttttttt!!!
Will be more of a reason to break America up once and forever!
Haha blackpilled Indus is the best
Schumer's stance is irrelevant to the shutdown. The Republicans literally need no Democratic votes to pass a budget. That is what being the majority in both houses and holding the White House means. The Republicans are dumping on the Democrats when they can't get their own shit together.I was watching the news this afternoon and the CNN host confronted Schumer over his stance today vs back in March when he said that policy differences should not be used to shutdown the government.
Honestly I can't support either party which is why I no longer have a party affiliation. And to be fair the last and longest government shutdown did occur on the orange watch.
Don't tell that to apnews which seems to be going on board the MAGA train:Schumer's stance is irrelevant to the shutdown. The Republicans literally need no Democratic votes to pass a budget. I guess those "blue states" don't have any Republican lawmakers in those states. Great move, RussGreat opportunity for the blue states to stop sending their tax dollars to Washington - which subside the red states. Those 16 states are 39% of the US population 47% of US GDP.
This clown Vought claims it's "Green New Deal" funding, but the funds actually came from an infrastructure bill passed four years ago. No piece of legislation called the "Green New Deal" has ever been passed, nor has any aspects of it. Dumbass.
Those projects are being built with union labor. Many of these workers voted for Trump and the Republicans. And we all know how pro union Trump and Project 2025 is. slap in the face. Idiocracy.
Project 2025 Russ Vought. He over rules Congress now too?
Meanwhile Trump is bailing out Argentina with 20 billion of our taxpayer dollars to his wanna be dictator buddy/clone. Another slap in the face. America first? lol
Russell Vought thinks he's King of Appropriations.I told you that Trump and Vought were going to burst through the wall like the Kool Aid man to take every possible shred of credit for the shutdown because they are morons.
Russell Vought thinks he's King of Appropriations.
I hate that one of my senators is a doddering old centrist idiot and the other is the head of the Senate Appropriations Committee, but only seems to care about her crown for Queen of Concern.
That 30% blaming Democrats is just the Patrick Wallets meme.Say what you will about the lackluster messaging coming from party leaders but the strategy of picking the fight over ACA subsidies is sound (and apparently politically successful so far). Given this a Democratic cave would not seem to be on the horizon so Trump will probably do increasingly unpopular things to try to get them to move. Failing that he'll force Senate Rs to go nuclear ensuring the worst outcome for voters.
