Regardless of your views and opinion on the content of 4chan boards, I think the overlying issue here is censorship on the internet. I think if this is accurate I will probably end up dropping my AT&T DSL and going with comcast, not sure what I can do about my iphone I wonder if this violates the TOS in any way to censor the internet on the iphone? Maybe I can get out of my contract?

Lol they have no idea what they just did...

don't fuck with 4chan. As long as they have some kind of PC access they will bring about havoc to whatever website they want. Plenty of smart geniuses on that forum.

So how soon till AT&T's websites getting DOSed, and then gets hacked, and then all their internal financial data is stolen and held for ransom?

This is one of those things all chans would hate.

7chan and 420chan would be all over a DDOS probably.

If you don't like the service that AT&T provides than switch internet providers. Nothing is forcing you to have an AT&T service.

What if AT&T and Comcast are the only two offering service in my area and they both censor? Is that how this will end?

HughesNet, WildBlue, DirectTV, EarthLink, NetZero, PeoplePC, Juno, FreeDialup just to name a few that are nation wide.

If there is demand than another company will come along...Isn't capitalism great?

Just no. US teleco & cable companies are far from capitalistic.

I hear the kiddies with no hope of getting laid when they get older but have access to the Internet are outraged.

BTW Clearisil supports them.

Bullshit and you know it.

Many people live in duopoly markets. Satellite internet is no replacement for cable/dsl in terms of latency and dial-up is a joke these days.

Wow. Your argument is quite desperate if you're listing satellite (ridiculously expensive, poor service, often not available in apartments or if you have tall trees) and dial-up (duh) as direct alternatives to DSL or Cable.
