I know it's fucking stupid the way gun rights people make the same tired arguments at the wrong times. Like they don't even give a fuck 20 more people were shot.

same way anti-gun people do? it's a circle that has been going on for a long time.

You don;t see peoepl calling to ban car when someone drunk kill 20 people by running them voer.

I don't get it.

CNN is saying the place that got shot up is a building for the disabled. Why would 3 gunmen shoot people who work with handicapped people?

Cars are far more regulated in the united states than guns. You have to hold a license and registration to operate a car.

Ok the head of the Inland Regional Center is on CNN and she said it did not occur in her facility directly. They have a conference center that they rent out to companies as necessary. Today was a county holiday event at the conference center and the shooting took place there.

It's also a conference center where people rent out halls.

yeah i was just listening to management of the place. the hall had a public gathering going on that was with people who work for the county, so it might have been a disgruntled group or something.

they are also saying there is some swat stuff going on right now in pasadena.

Hate to lay some facts on you; a license and registration are not required for automobile operation on private property (excepting shopping malls).

I was just at a client a mile away from there Monday and yesterday. I left last night to head to another client and am currently in Orange County, but 5 coworkers of mine were still there. They were on lockdown in an interior hallway this morning but have since gone AFK. Maybe evacuated?

Right, so whenever you ACTUALLY use a car, you need a license and registration.

14 dead today because of the NRA and their supporters.

My wife said one of her coworker's wife was shot. Not sure if she was one of the deceased.

There was a shooting at my daughters school and she knew one of the girls who died. Makes all of this real and not just some statistic. Makes me sad after every shooting that I hear about. I hope the person that you know is OK.
