I think I'm going to wait a little while and see if they'll send me a newer version of the explorer wireless optical. Should I just give it a shot and call them to see?

EDIT: How can you tell if your mouse is OEM? I bought mine from my pc manufacturer (ibuypower)
 
Has anyone tried this out lately? My wireless optical mouse blue has been a biatch for
quite a while now. I've kept it in the drawer for months now. My battery keeps on dying
after a few days of use and I have to replace them too often.

Is there an 800 number for the fax?

in the PID it will have the letters OEM in them, and when your reading it off to the person on the phone they will say call your hardware manufacture, when your calling they say in the recording that you will need to contact your hardware manufacture if your stuff is oem...

there is no 800 fax number unfortunitly, as for tried lately, i did it and my stuff should be here tomorrow via airborne, as for the dying battery, i had that same freaking issue, and it looks like they have new versions out that fix that problem, as well as add this "tilt wheel" junk that allows you to scroll left, right, up and down, but that might not be your version i think thats only in the "opical desktop" and "optical desktop for bluetooth" combo's
 
Perhaps a snail mail address is available? I might be moving within a few weeks, is it ok to use my old address?
