Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D) is a liar and a buffoon, still.

It's been so long since I've heard anything from that brain donor I was actually hoping she had already disappeared into obscurity, but nope, seems like the lady is still a bitchy ignoramus if you ask me. I wouldn't call her the Dem equivalent of Bachmann just yet though, she's going to have to crank that retard dial a lot harder if she wants to compete with the likes of that moron.

Bachmann is flat out nuts, with a healthy helping of ignorance and dogma balancing it all out. Lee is race card baiting racist with a memory on par with the majority of Americans, and who is completely full of herself. This is the same fool who punched a DC cop at the mall a few years ago, right?
Nope, that was Representative Cynthia "The Jews bought everybody" McKinney (D-GA), Congress' cutest little Jihadist.

McKinney easily trumps Bachmann on the crazy scale, having introduced articles of impeachment, being an outspoken 9-11 Truther, and believes that the CIA "assassinated" Tupac Shakur.

Cool, I hadn't known that he was born in Canada. Interesting bit of info.

I always thought it more interesting the guy converted the flooring in his house to an ice rink so he could skate around while he thought up inventions.

I think the Japanese guy who invented the mouse did so while doing laps underwater.

Genius can be quirky.

On the other hand, I am proof that quirky is not necessarily genius. :D

Ahhh, that's the one! I knew about the impeachment, but the 9/11 truther shit and CIA assassinating Tupac are new to me and definitely have a Bachmann-esque twist of batshit crazy to them.

Some of my fav Bachmann wisdom:

"The imams, the imams were actually attending, ah, Congressman Keith Ellison's victory celebration, when he won as a member of Congress. And the imams went to the Minneapolis airport to leave and go home. While they were there, they were shouting phrases anti-Bush, anti-America and they laid their prayer shawls--er, their prayer rugs out on the floor in the airport terminal, were having their prayers, and um, were making these statements and when they got aboard the airplane, they switched seats, they didn't go to their proper seats, and they went in the pattern of the nine-one-one uh, um, terrorists who were on the airplanes, and they all asked for seatbelt extenders on their seats, in the airplane, and these weren't large people. So, uh, there were people on the airplane that became very nervous about these public displays and they alerted the airplane authorities, and so, these six imams were taken off of the airplane. Well, the imams ended up suing everyone on the plane, the whistleblowers, and they said that their civil rights were violated. So that's been a big mess, that case, and I don't, I'm not sure, but I don't believe that that's been resolved yet."

"There’s a woman who came up crying to me tonight after the debate. She said her daughter was given [the HPV] vaccine. She told me her daughter suffered mental retardation as a result. There are very dangerous consequences."

But don't get me wrong, other than being stupid, a liar, and more than a little crazy, I think she's just great. Marrying a gay man was an odd choice though, maybe she's just trying to steal some of McCain's maverick thunder?

Bachmann has repeatedly called for impeachment, she thinks creationism should be taught in schools, she thinks 9/11 was god 'judging' us, she said that vaccines might cause retardation, that legalizing gay marriage would force schools to teach kids that they should try being gay, etc, etc.

McKinney is an insane idiot, but I'd put Bachmann up against anyone.

Bachmann hasn't actually introduced articles of impeachment though; McKinney did. Nonetheless I make no judgement about the greater crazy. Just as with velocity approaching the speed of light, when one gets that far out on the crazy axis the laws of science break down. If only string stupidity theory was a more mature science . . .

Circling back to the topic, I don't think Jackson Lee is nearly that crazy, just flat out stupid and mule-headed ignorant. McKinney on the other hand seems a bit like Anarchist, reasonably intelligent and informed but with some seriously messed up ideas. (And Bachmann combines the, um, "best" features of both.)
