Anybody have experience with this? We had lost our cars keys and had a spare. My gf put the club on without realizing that we no longer possessed the keys to the club. Need to remove it so we can use the vehicle!

Just call an auto locksmith.

Often today, your insurance already carries free emergency services (Geico and Progressive did).

I was on my road trip and got locked out in Miami (from NY). One phone call to Progressive and they got a local contractor to come out and opened the car within 30 minutes. All free. Awesome.

use the key she used to put it on.

you cannot lock the club without a key.
thus.. you use the SAME key.. to unlock it.

I used to have one with a ratchet mechanism that could be locked without a key.

This. I think it's a knock-off club or something. You do not need a key to lock. Car was towed to our house last night. We just need to unlock/remove it. Any other ideas?

My club locks without the key. It acts like a giant ziptie with a lock on the sliding mechanism.

LOL. Not a car thief here. Trust story. Lost set of keys while we were snowboarding that had the steering wheel lock keys. GF put club/steering wheel lock on, then after coming back out from gym realized that she had no key. There you go.

People still use those things? I haven't seen one in at least 10 years here in Texas.

Angle grinder...cordless is the best option. I cut through the "Twin Hooks" model ~3 min with ease. Put the blade in one of the grooves in the chrome shaft
