Remote access

Doing tech support for your parents over the phone can be maddening. I can only describe a drop down box in so many different ways. I was hoping someone could recommend an easy way to remote access my parents computer so I can troubleshoot for them. I am running Win XP and they are running XP, vista, and Win 7 on their various computers. They also have cable internet access.

Tried out Teamviewer after reading this thread. Been using RealVNC for my remote access, this works MUCH better. For this much functionality on VNC you would need a paid license. The mobile version will be an excellent option once I get an Android phone. Great program.
