Like has been said many times already, this is healthier than most sandwiches you'll get at fast-food restaurants.

Yep you'd have to be crazy as hell to eat a sandwich that has 600 calories OMGWTFBBQ! Shit the SIDE dish I'm having with my dinner tonight will have that many calories by itself.

I tackled the Double Down for lunch today. No side, not even a drink. I don't want to eat chicken again for at least a week.

Actually it wasn't that bad. Very greasy as expected. Not sure I'd get it again but at least I can say I tried it.

The Double Down is back for a limited time starting next week. They're not bad if you get a hot one. Put some fresh avocado on it and it's money imo.

I was in Florida recently and forgot how bad avocados can be. I guess the Florida avocados are good for guac or mixing with sour cream, but I can't eat them straight up like with the Hass variety.

edit: Relevant to OP: Had one of those a long time ago, and was not really impressed, although it is a lot of calories/protein for little amount of money. I like the bowl meals from KFC, but they are kind of expensive for what you are getting.
